Tim has led the Moorgarth Groups since it's formation in 2003. He has successfully restructured and grown the portfolio to create value in excess £25m.

He draws on their experience of leading the real estate consulting teams at Ernst & Young and Anderson to explore options for identifyinf value opportunities in property portfolios.

Peter has over twenty years experience of advising companies on all aspects of finance, including the structuring of transactions. He helps appraise investment and refinancing opportunities, developing flexible but robust solutions to meet the requirements of each situation.

  Andrew Craven - Property Director
Andrew has dealt with most property issues in a 30-year portfolio management career. He has worked both in private and public sectors, acquiring a commercial and pragmatic approach to assisting tenants.
